Paolo G. Cordone
Paolo G. Cordone is a 37-year old netizen who started using computers back in 1985 after completing a degree in Nautical Studies. Having worked in the software industry for many years (Apple Computer, Inc. and Netscape Communications Corp. amongst others), he became convinced that humans are much more interesting. He is now Associate Lecturer in Information and Communication Technology with Open University.
As well as teaching, Paolo also works as Web designer and IT consultant on various educational projects with the goal of helping making the World Wide Web a more interesting and valuable medium for sharing knowledge.
He tends to write and read quite a large amount of e-mail, as well as following forums on Usenet, maintaining FAQs, writing articles and reviewing technology and sociology books.
He lives in Dublin, Ireland, and enjoys listening to classical music.
