Susan Bochenski

Susan Bochenski is the Special Projects Coordinator for the Metropolitan Library System. She received her Master's Degree in Library and Information Science from Dominican University in River Forest, Illinoisin 2003.

Susan was a intern with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation U.S. Library Program, which took her to over 70 public libraries in rural Illinois in 2004, where she assisted Foundation staff with the installation of computers and training the librarians.

Along with Carol Gulyas, she developed the Random Monday feature for First Monday while in library school.

Prior to her library science career, Susan was a technology consultant for IBM.
